Instructions are clear and detailed. Trouble I had was something called "BitLocker" preventing the drive from being unlocked.
I went ahead and found a way to turn it off for me to continue, and successfully, follow the instructions provided. I did this because my smart card wasn't appearing in the Device Manager. My smart card reader is showing, I downloaded the driver, I had the reader and the card attached.
